Career Transition Service (Pathway 1)

4-hour modules (2 x 2-hr sessions) to help you find additional value in your current role by identifying your transferrable and adjacent skills to:

  • Understand which areas of your work evokes meaning and interest for you and how you would like to develop further in these areas
  • Identify adjacent skills that you possess to explore career pathways that you may be keen on. With this, you can expect to gain more experience and learning while in your current role
  • Start looking out for opportunities within your current organisation or partner organisations for transfer or training opportunities while completing your contract
  • Provide you with an understanding of the changing job landscape due to AI and technology advancements

Modules:

  1. Self-Discovery (Compulsory module)
  2. Action Planning
  3. Overcoming Barriers
  4. Resume Writing & Interview Skills

*Participants can choose to take any combination of modules on top of Module 1. Per-module fees apply. Contact us for more details.

  • Officers who are 2+ years away from retirement

  • Identify and review your career choices
  • Gain labour market information relevant to your career choices
  • Set long-term and short-term goals
  • Create an Action Plan and milestones
  • Craft a tailored framework for your job search strategy

  1. Action Planning (Compulsory module)
  2. Overcoming Barriers
  3. Resume Writing & Interview Skills
